Core features
Options via the Three-Dot Menu
Clicking the three dots next to an attachment opens additional options, including renaming and updating attachments directly within the ticket.
1. Rename and Update Attachments
You can rename attachments from within the app. When you do, the original file is moved to the Archived category, and the updated version appears under Ticket Attachments.
2. Download Attachments — Individually or in Bulk
Choose to download individual attachments by clicking the download icon, or download all attachments at once using the Download All option at the bottom.
3. Archive Unnecessary Attachments
Move unwanted or outdated attachments to the Archives category to keep things organized.
⚠️ Note: attachments are not processed outside your Zendesk instance.
4. Categorize Attachments for Better Organization
After setting up categories in the Admin Center (see Help Center article), you can assign them to each attachment. This helps streamline attachment management, especially useful when handling large volumes of files.
See all attachments in one place
Use the Gallery slider to view all ticket attachments at once. Zoom in or out for better visibility and download individual files directly from this view for quicker access.
Support for Zendesk Side Conversations
Attachments shared in Side Conversations are automatically grouped in a dedicated Side Conversation Attachments category for easy reference.
Search for attachments
Quickly find specific files using the built-in search bar. This is especially helpful when managing a large number of attachments.
