You can change requesters for each child ticket, which is not possible with Side conversations, where the requester is always the agent working on a ticket
You can forward and edit the messages as a public or internal reply, including attachments

Child tickets work as normal tickets, with the same attributes as a normal ticket, way more customizable than a side conversation

Integration Apps
Integration apps allow you to connect certain external systems to your Zendesk instance. There are six integration apps currently available.
HubSpot App
The HubSpot App automatically checks and links HubSpot contacts to Zendesk users. For each new ticket, a search by the user's email is automatically performed, but in cases, no data has been found, agents can manually connect HubSpot contacts using a search.

The app automatically identifies and links PlentyOne customers to incoming Zendesk tickets using their email address. It provides support agents with immediate visibility into the customer’s full order history. Even when automatic matching isn't possible, agents can easily search and connect PlentyOne users manually.

Magicline Connector
The app does auto search by Member ID, Magicline ID, and email address directly from Zendesk. You can edit customer info in Zendesk and automatically update it in Magicline, no manual double entry. Also, you can cancel contracts, view subcontracts (modules), signed documents, and idle periods without leaving Zendesk.

MS Teams App
The Teams Direct App creates a communication channel between MS Teams and Zendesk. You will find the application in the ticket sidebar, where you can send messages to your Teams groups, answers will be shown in the ticket as internal notes. Attachments in tickets can be sent as links to MS Teams. The usage can be restricted to certain groups.

FastBill App
The FastBill app automatically checks and links clients directly to Zendesk tickets. For each new ticket, a search by the |user's ackend ID, name, phone number, and email is performed. Previews of invoices and estimates can be viewed and linked to a ticket without having to download.
