When the Deeplink App in the ticket sidebar is not visible, please make sure that
- the App itself is activated under Admin - Apps - Manage
- you added an entry in the Deeplink configuration in the menu on the left side
- the entry is active
- the field which you use as parameter in the App contains a value
- when there is no value the button is not visible / if there would be no button left or you use the free version, the whole app will be invisible
