How can it be achieved to get Outlook Emails to Zendesk?
- Data from Outlook/Exchange needs to be exported
- Export can be done using separate Tools or PowerShell
- Export in formats like MSG or EML files
- Scripts can be built using i.e. Python scripts
- The script will read data from exported files and create requesters/tickets in Zendesk
- based on Folder-Information it's possible to define if tickets should be imported as open/closed tickets
