Migrating Emails from Outlook or Exchange to Zendesk

How can it be achieved to get Outlook Emails to Zendesk?

Data source

• Data from Outlook/Exchange needs to be exported
• Export can be done using separate Tools or PowerShell
• Export in formats like MSG or EML files 

Migration scripts

• Scripts can be built using i.e. Python scripts
• The script will read data from exported files and create requesters/tickets in Zendesk
• based on Folder-Information it's possible to define if tickets should be imported as open/closed tickets
