The Ticker Manager App is easy to install and configure within your Zendesk environment. This guide walks you through the installation process and explains how to set default settings, define tab behavior, and manage access permissions.
Step 1: Configure App Settings
Once the app is installed, you can define the default tab behavior and set cloning permissions within the app settings:

Default Tab: Choose which tab should be open by default when the app loads.

Cloning Permission: Choose whether to allow users to clone a ticket comment into a new ticket without editing.
Step 2: Define Role and Group Restrictions
To control who can view and access the app, set up role-based and group-based permissions within Zendesk:
Assign access to specific roles (e.g., Admin, Billing Admin)
Include relevant Zendesk groups to limit visibility to the appropriate team members
⚠️ Important: To access the Ticker Manager App in the ticket view, you (as an admin) must be part of a group that has been granted access permissions.
