Cause
The problem is caused by the Zendesk setting:
"Require authentication for request and uploads APIs"
When this setting is enabled, the Side Tickets app does not have the necessary permissions to upload attachments. As a result, any file you try to attach through the app will fail. By default, this setting is enabled in Zendesk.
Solution
To restore attachment functionality:
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center.
Navigate to People > End users > Settings.
Locate the setting:
"Require authentication for request and uploads APIs".Disable this setting (turn it off).
Once this setting is disabled, the app will be able to upload attachments successfully in Side Tickets.
