Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration

We built custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integrations with Zendesk.

Some features

• Auto-identification of the requester - automatic searching for phone number or email-address within your Dynamics CRM. If just one contact/account is found in your CRM it gets linked automatically. Otherwise you will see a search-form to provide additional details like for example Customer-No, Postcode, City etc.
• Store account/contactid within Zendesk
• Show Details about the customer right within Zendesk including sales-details like Opportunities, quotes etc.
• Deeplink to directly open up the selected record from Zendesk
• Sync data to Zendesk (fill out user-fields from the app)
