1. Full health overview of your Dynamic Content
The moment you open the app, you get a live health dashboard for your entire Dynamic Content library:
- Overall Health — a single percentage score showing how complete and up to date your content library is
- Incomplete Items — the exact number of items with missing or broken content
- Outdated Variants — variants that no longer match an updated default version
- Inactive Variants — variants that exist but aren't currently active
Each item in the list carries a color-coded health indicator and percentage, so you can immediately spot which pieces of content need attention without opening a single one of them.
You can also search and filter the full list by name, placeholder, content, language, type, or category, so finding the exact item you need takes seconds even in large content libraries.
2. Create Dynamic Content directly in the app
You no longer need to leave the app to add new content:
- Create a new item with a name, placeholder, and default language
- Write the default-language content directly in the creation form
- Choose to create variants for all available languages at once — no need to add each language variant one by one
- Optionally define placeholder content for the other languages up front
This turns a multi-step, multi-page process into a single form.
3. Manage everything without leaving the UI
Once your content exists, the app becomes your control center for maintaining it:

- Edit content inline, with autosave — changes are saved as you make them, no separate save step required
- Navigate directly to related items — the app shows external references such as macros, triggers, and automations that use a given placeholder, with deep links that take you straight to that macro, trigger, or automation for editing
- Preview content per variant, including rendered HTML, so you can check exactly what agents or end users will see — for signatures, Help Center articles, or any other rich content
4. Troubleshoot missing and incomplete items directly in the UI
The app is built to help you close gaps in your content, not just find them:
- Update outdated content with one click using the "Refresh Outdated" action
- Add missing translations individually or in bulk with "Add All Missing," which creates every missing language variant for an item in one step
- Fix incomplete content by correcting placeholder syntax — for example, removing incorrect or stray brackets that break a variant — directly inside the content editor, without needing to understand the underlying placeholder logic
Every variant shows its status (Missing, Outdated, or Incomplete) right next to the language it belongs to, so you always know exactly what's left to fix.
5. Built for compliance
The app is 100% UI-based and GDPR compliant: all data stays inside your Zendesk instance, and the app does not access, store, transmit, or process any data outside of it.
