The customer portal allows you to:
- Add a new payment method
- Edit an existing payment method
- View your current subscriptions
- Update your billing information
- Access invoice history
- Download previous invoices

How can I log into the Leafworks customer portal?
To access the Stripe Customer Portal, use the primary email address associated with your subscription. This is typically the email of the Zendesk Account owner at the time the subscription with Leafworks was initiated. Follow the log in steps to authenticate successfully.

How can I view my current subscriptions with Leafworks?
Your active subscriptions for Zendesk Apps developed by Leafworks can be found in the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon logging in, all your active subscriptions will be displayed at the top of the page.

How can I add or change payment methods for your Leafworks subscriptions?
To update your payment details:
- Log into the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Navigate to the PAYMENT METHOD section.
- Click + Add payment method to add a new card or select an existing payment method to edit.
- Enter the required payment details.
- Click Add to save the changes.

How can I update my billing address?
To update your billing details:
- Log into the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Go to the BILLING INFORMATION section.
- Click Update information.
- Edit your billing details, including:
- Name
- Address

Where can I find invoices for my Zendesk Marketplace app subscriptions?
To access your invoices:
- Log into the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Go to the INVOICE HISTORY section.
- The latest three invoices will be displayed.
- Click View more to access older invoices.

How can I download an older Invoice?
To obtain a copy of an older invoice:
- Log into the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Navigate to INVOICE HISTORY.
- Click View more to see all previous invoices.
- Select the invoice you need.
- Click the symbol next to the selected invoice to open it invoice in a new tab.
- Download either the invoice or the receipt from the new tab.

Why was no invoice generated for my one-time app purchase?
Currently, Stripe does not automatically generate invoices for one-time Zendesk Marketplace app purchases (such as the Macro Manager app). We are working to automate this process. If you need an invoice, please fill out the request form, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
