Do I have to pay for all my agents/licenses, or only for certain groups?
We have different payment structures for our apps. Some are paid monthly by instance, others monthly by agents, or one-time. Apps billed per agent per month are based on group restrictions. This means you only pay for the agents who actually use the app.
Can I install an app without entering my credit card?
Unfortunately, entering credit card details is required for installation. However, trying out a Leafworks app is always free during the first 14 days. If you decide not to continue, simply uninstall the app before the trial ends, and no charges will be made. If you need more time to evaluate the app, feel free to contact us via Email at app-support@leafworks.de. We'd be happy to extend your trial period on your customer account.

Do I need to purchase the app for every instance, or is one instance enough?
Yes, each instance (e.g., sandbox and production) requires a separate installation.
If you install a Leafworks app in production after a 14-day trial in your sandbox, we’ll provide a 100% discount coupon for continued use in the sandbox. Email app-support@leafworks.de to claim your free sandbox coupon.
Can you bill me via an annual invoice?
Currently, we support monthly billing only, which aligns with standard marketplace practices.
Most Zendesk users are also on monthly subscriptions and can cancel at any time, so monthly billing ensures flexibility. If you’re planning to onboard a large number of agents, feel free to contact us at app-support@leafworks.de to discuss alternative billing options.
How can I cancel my payments?
If you decide not to continue after the 14-day trial, simply uninstall the app from your Zendesk instance. Your payments will be automatically canceled; no further action is needed.
