Supported file types
The Attachments Manager app supports any regular file types such as:
- jpeg
- png
- gif
- xlsx
- doc/docx
- txt
If you would like us to add more file types to the list, please contact us via our contact form to discuss the options.
Problems downloading or viewing attachments in the app?
Sometimes, attachments cannot be downloaded or viewed within the app. This can be due to two reasons:
1. The app does not support the file type. In that case please reach out to us via the contact form
2. Secure attachments by Zendesk are activated. Try to deactivate secure attachments.
- In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Settings.
- Scroll to Attachments.
- Under the Settings tab, select Disable secure downloads.
- Click Save tab.
