When a macro includes Dynamic Content (DC), any updates made only to the Dynamic Content will not refresh the "Last updated" date field for the macro.
This happens because Dynamic Content is managed separately from the macro itself. Updating the content inside a Dynamic Content item doesn’t count as a direct change to the macro, so the macro's updatedAt field remains unchanged.
