Installing the app bundle is quick and straightforward. Once you've added it from the Zendesk Marketplace, the bundle app will appear in your Zendesk instance.
Activating included apps
To manage the apps included in the bundle:
Open your Zendesk instance.
Go to the Bundle App Interface.
From this interface, you can:
Install or uninstall any of the bundled apps
Access the Zendesk Admin Center directly
Visit the Leafworks Help Center for additional support
❗Important: Activating the Premium version of the Side Tickets app
By default, Zendesk installs the Standard version of the Side Tickets App. If you'd like to use the Premium version, follow these steps:

In the Bundle App Interface, click the PLEASE READ button.

Copy the activation code provided.

Open the Zendesk Admin Center.
Navigate to the Side Tickets App settings.

Select the Premium plan, and enter the activation code when prompted.
💡 Note: You do not need to enter any credit card details. This is currently the only way to activate the Premium version, and we appreciate your understanding!
