If you choose not to continue after the 14-day trial, simply uninstall all bundle apps directly from the Zendesk UI, then remove the Universal Toolkit app from the Admin Center in your Zendesk instance. Your subscription will be automatically canceled—no further action is required.
If you cancel your subscription later on, just uninstall all bundle apps via the Zendesk UI and remove the Universal Toolkit app from the Admin Center. This will also automatically uninstall all associated bundle apps and cancel the next outstanding payment.
