Check condition: As soon as a positive CSAT rating (e.g. 4 or 5 stars) comes in, Zendesk automatically detects it.
Automated email: The system sends a personal thank-you email asking the customer to share their experience on, for example, Trustpilot.
Direct link: Customers are taken straight to the review page without detours.
Filtering: Only satisfied customers receive this request.
Optionally, a second reminder can be triggered if no review has been submitted after a few days.
Best practice: Timing is everything
Our experience shows: the best time for a review request is immediately after a positive experience.
Customers are still emotionally close to the moment, and their willingness to spend a few minutes leaving a review is at its peak.
