If the Deeplinks App or individual Deeplink buttons are not visible in the ticket sidebar, please check the following points.
1. Is the app activated?
Make sure that the Deeplinks App is activated in the Zendesk Admin Center.
You can find this setting under:
Apps → Apps and integrations → Zendesk Support apps
2. Can you access the Deeplinks configuration?
Open the Deeplinks configuration from the app area in the left sidebar.
3. Has at least one Deeplink been created?
For the app to display content in the ticket sidebar, at least one entry must be available in the Deeplink configuration.
4. Is the relevant Deeplink active?
Check whether the relevant Deeplink is activated. Only active entries can be displayed in the ticket sidebar.
5. Does the field used as a parameter contain a value?
If a Deeplink uses a Zendesk field as a parameter, this field must contain a value in the ticket.
If the field is empty, the corresponding button will not be displayed.
If no button is available as a result, the entire app may be hidden in the sidebar. This can also happen if you are using the free version and no visible buttons are available.
6. Check the sidebar menu in the ticket
If the app is still not visible, open the sidebar menu in the ticket and check whether the Deeplinks App is available as a hidden app.
