Mitel Integration for Zendesk

Are you using a Mitel phone system and want to automatically create Zendesk tickets for incoming calls?

With an integration between Mitel and Zendesk, new incoming calls can automatically create a ticket in Zendesk. The caller is either linked directly to an existing contact or created as a new contact if it is their first call.
