What does the app do?

• import or export articles, sections and categories in Excel format
• customize the visibility of articles by selecting languages and user groups
• change or update single words or sections in all articles at once
• define which brands the articles are associated with
• customize and edit already existing articles all at once
• choose which columns designate articles, sections or categories

1. Install app in Zendesk
2. Go into the app & export or import your guides
