Follow these steps to configure the app after installation:
1. Enable Clearance of Hidden and Disabled Field Options
You can choose to automatically clear any field values that become hidden or disabled:

Select the "Clear hidden/disabled fields" checkbox if you want these values removed from the ticket view.

When enabled, field options that are hidden or disabled will be cleared and will no longer appear in the ticket.
2. Set Role and Group Restrictions
To control access and visibility:

Define relevant roles and groups within your Zendesk environment (e.g., Admins, Billing Admins).

This allows you to apply conditional field rules based on user roles, ensuring only authorized users can view or edit specific fields.
