Deploy Conditional Fields to Help Center forms

The standard version of the Conditional Fields app is compatible with Zendesk Help Center forms. To ensure your changes appear correctly in the Help Center, you'll need to add a small code snippet to your theme.

How to deploy your configuration

Follow these steps to apply your conditional field logic to Help Center forms:

1. Save your configuration
   In the Conditional Fields app, make sure you click the Save button after setting up your rules.
   
    

2. Add the code snippet to your theme
   Copy and paste the following code snippet into the new_request_page.hbs file of your Guide theme. You can safely place it at the very bottom of the page.
