Our customer uses Workist as the central destination for incoming documents. The challenge: files attached to Zendesk tickets should reach Workist without detours. To achieve this, we extended our Attachments Manager App with a preview and selection feature and built a direct connection to Workist.
Agents can see all ticket attachments (e.g., PDF, JPG) in the app, select exactly what they need, and send them to Workist with one click. The information is then processed further in Workist.
