🚀 New Premium Feature: Template Groups
Group multiple templates together and create corresponding side tickets with one click. Faster workflows, fewer clicks. -
Template Management Enhancements
Added a new field to apply macros directly to the main ticket when creating side tickets. -
- Added support for the placeholders
{{ticket.cc_emails}} and {{ticket.follower_emails}} - Improved tooltip copy to make actions and options clearer.
- New action wording updates:
- Changed “Transfer text and forwarded data” → “Transfer and forward the text only”
- Changed “+ add all attachments” → “+ add all ticket attachments”

Bulk Field Adoption
New button: “Adopt all ticket fields with content from the original ticket” (aka Select all) to save time when working with many ticket fields.
Conditional Fields
- Added support for the new Copenhagen Theme (API v4)
Webform Widget
- Migrated Webform Widget infrastructure from HelpdeskAPI to LW AWS, improving reliability and scalability.
Help Center Theme
- Introduced a generative search feature to our Help Center Theme for faster and smarter content discovery.
All Marketplace Apps
- Updated apps to comply with the latest API and Authentication Security changes.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Side Tickets
- Fixed an issue where the app could break if a recipient's email address had no name.
- Resolved a bug where ticket attachments were not carried over to side tickets.
- Improved usability for accounts with many ticket fields to reduce excessive manual selection.
HubSpot Integration
- Fixed an issue where the HubSpot app was not visible in the ticket view even though fields were populated correctly.
