🌟 New App Spotlight: Dynamic Content Manager by Leafworks

We're thrilled to introduce our newest app to the marketplace: Dynamic Content Manager! This powerful new addition gives you greater control and flexibility over your dynamic content, helping streamline workflows directly within Zendesk.

Plenty Markets App

• New: Direct access to Shopify orders is now supported
• New: Direct access to Plenty Markets orders are now supported

Side Tickets App

• New: Export feature for Templates (Premium version only)
• New: All placeholders are now supported in the Template creation view
• Fixed: Save button in conditional fields was unresponsive — now works correctly
• Fixed: Sporadic text flickering in the direct menu
• Fixed: Single attachments could not be selected when creating group tickets
• Fixed: Working on reducing loading times. We're exploring local client-side response caching for a few minutes to cut down repeated data fetches — Zendesk's limit of 100 calls/minute/user/app can be reached by larger clients, causing delays.

Attachments Manager

• Fixed: Not all images in a message were being correctly identified
• Fixed: Clients were unable to open .xlsx and .csv files
• Note: If files can't be downloaded (error: "blocked by your organization"), please make sure "Allow secure attachments" remains unchecked in your settings.

Guide Importer

• Known issue: Token error — please see our troubleshooting article. Customers currently need to manually add the token for the app to work.
