📢 Marketplace Release Notes – July & August 2025

Welcome to the July & August edition of our Marketplace updates! We are particularly proud of the update, because we finally launched our app bundle - the universal toolkit.

Updated app handbook

The App Handbook has been refreshed and is now publicly available in the Help Center! View in Help Center

🔧 Feature Updates & Enhancements

• Ticket Manager:
   
  • New error message when too many tickets are assigned to a single requester.
  • Clone logic update: the current user now sends the cloned message (instead of the requester sending it to themselves).
  • Added fresh Marketplace assets, including a new screenshot and description.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Conditional Fields:
   
  • Fixed display logic for fields that were showing when they shouldn't.
  • Resolved a critical issue with empty select values that caused errors in the Zendesk SDK for multiple clients.
     
• Side Tickets:
   
  • Fixed compatibility with dynamic content containing hyphens (-), which the app had stopped supporting.
  • Resolved the issue where table formatting was not preserved when copying content. The app now correctly retains the original structure for tables.
  • Macros in Direct Menu are now sorted in the same logic as displayed natively in Zendesk
